Churchill For Children Saturday, September, 20 2014
The Hay House has joined forces with Sarah Tinsley to present an art class September 20th from 1pm-2:30pm for ages 8-12 years old. There is a suggested donation of $15 that will benefit Hay House.
There will be a brief background on Winston Churchill and how he came to use painting as an outlet. The first project we will be working on is a painting. The painting will be a way for each child to express themselves. They will be encouraged to focus on things that bring joy to their lives and showcase their individuality.
The second project will be a mosaic. Here they will be given a template of a simplified Churhill painting and use colored tissue paper to make the mosaic come to life. They will have free range to choose the colors for their mosaic.
Donations can be made the day of the event. Seating is limited, please call to RSVP and reserve a seat. For further information please call Hay House at 478-742-8155 or email email@example.com
